i) Item: Development Variance Permit
Purpose: To construct an accessory building (garage).

Recommendation: That the application for a Development Variance Permit by Heath Duclos and Colleen Provan for the property legally described as Lot 2, DL 1236, KD, Plan 2263 to allow a decrease in the front lot line setback of 2.9 metres, from 7.5 metres to 4.6 metres, to construct an accessory building be presented to the Board for consideration with a recommendation of support AND FURTHER that pursuant to the RDKB Fees and Procedures Bylaw and the Local Government Act, staff be directed to notify adjacent property owners that the Board of Directors proposes to pass a resolution to issue the Development Variance Permit at its July 28, 2011 meeting.
