RDKB Landfill Christmas Program

The RDKB will accept strings of old Christmas lights for free and will accept old Christmas trees for free … both until the end of January at the Grand Forks and McKelvey Creek Landfills. See the Landfill Attendant for details.

2012/2013 Columbia Basin Trust Community Initiatives applications now being accepted

The Community Initiatives Program is funded by the Columbia Basin Trust and is administered by the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary.

The Regional District Community Services Commission of Greater Trail decided that the best course of action was to split the grant amongst the local communities on the basis of population.
