D.G. Regan and Associates Ltd., (DGRA Ltd.), an environmental services firm specializing in mosquito and biting fly surveillance and management, are retained by the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) and City of Grand Forks to coordinate the delivery of an effective nuisance mosquito control program.

Mosquito control services were provided to residential and rural property owners, businesses, parks, campgrounds, sports fields, golf courses, and other outdoor recreational and tourist facilities.
