Overview The Building Officials of the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary provide services to Electoral Areas A, B, C, D and E as well as the municipalities of Fruitvale, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Midway, Montrose, Trail and Warfield. Contact the Building Department for information on getting Building Permits or for information on Building Bylaw 449.
