Administration

The Regional District is comprised of five Electoral Areas and eight municipalities.

The five Electoral Area Directors are elected directly to the Board by residents of the Area. The eight municpalities each appoint a Director from the elected councilors. These appointments are for a one-year term and are renewed at the Statutory Meeting in December each year.

The Board Chair appoints Directors to Select and Standing Committees of the Board.

Residents are encouraged to contact their Director to voice their concerns or provide support.
